From what I heard Sanchez Ming had been playing for Welling on a non contract basis and when Dartford became aware of this they made an official 7 day approach for the player. Once Welling were aware of Dartford's interest their chairman decided to offer Ming an 18 month contract which was duly turned down by the player because until Dartford's approach Welling had made no attempt to offer him a contract. He may or may not be on more money at Dartford but the player has joined with the security of having a regular income and I don't think that many people would turn that down regardless of their profession.

Thank you. I’m sick and tired of telling my staff this, especially in December!

Will you be allowing your staff to knock off early for their Xmas dinner tomorrow?
