I see what you mean! but I imagine he's a busy man.
I read that he's calling it a day soon enough, but he's still very generous with his time.

1963/64 Kent Floodlight Cup
Could someone please tell me some of the Darts results in the 1963/64 Kent Floodlight Cup?
There should have been ten games in total, of which I've managed to find five results:
Darts 0-1 Tonbridge
Tonbridge 5-0 Darts
Sittingbourne 0-0 Darts
Darts 2-1 Sittingbourne
Darts 0-0 Gravesend & Northfleet
Would anyone know the results versus Erith & Belvedere, Sheppey Utd and the away game at Gravesend & Northfleet?
Thanks

Re: 1924/25 Kent League Cup winners
Thanks a lot Gary.
Interesting seeing some of those old names, it took me a while to work out that Catford Southend was named using the same principle as Preston North End, as in the south end of Catford, rather than some kind of ancient merger between the clubs of Catford and Southend !

Re: 1925/26 Kent League
Thanks for clearing that up.
13 games in 5 weeks - not too much of a back-log, and certainly no need for two games in one day.

1925/26 Kent League
1925/26 was the last season that Dartford spent in the Kent League, before moving to the Southern League.
I've been looking into the traditional end-of-season fixture pile-up that seemed to take place in the Kent League during this time.
Early season cup matches and bad weather during the winter were normally the reasons, coupled with a large (for the time) 36 match league season.
Sometimes the fixture backlog was so severe, that clubs had to play two matches on the same day, which could confuse matters when the newspapers came to report what had happened and when.
The season ended on Saturday 1st May 1926, could anyone tell me about the final couple of matches that Dartford played in the Kent League that season?

Re: 78/79 Eastern Professional Floodlight League
That's wonderful,thanks very much.
Yes the final was never played,it appears versus Barking, always a shame when a competition gets so far but doesn't complete.

78/79 Eastern Professional Floodlight League
Could anyone kindly enlighten me as to what happened during the 78/79 Eastern Professional Floodlight League competition?
Dartford qualified from the South Thames group, finishing ahead of Gravesend & Northfleet and Tonbridge.
But did Dartford play any further games?
(possibly a quarter-final or semi-final versus Gainsborough Trinity,Harlow Town or Hastings Utd)
The final was never played and the competition was left uncompleted.
