RE: TONBRIDGE ANGELS (H) SAT 11TH SEP 3PM

My first post on a match that I did not attend, but I wanted to thank Gary and all the others who made it possible to stay current with Dartford FC over the years. The forum has consistently been the best place to do that.

I wish the best of luck to 180 with the next chapter of the story. I will stay here and go down with the ship. Kind regards to all.

Imagine that over two days at the snooker world championship final - fantastic! Good news that Steve King will be staying as well.

RE: National League North and South season declared null and void

It sounds like Marc White has some watertight arguments. I am sure a vote of no confidence in the National League board would pass with flying colours - it is pretty appalling if they are unaware of their own rules. The decision to stifle the Bernstein report did nothing for their credibility.

Time to go.

If our terrible off-day in Essex helped to give Braintree the confidence to get that fine result, one might say it was almost worth it.

RE: Tonbridge Angels (h) - Rearranged 5th January

Our points average of 2.0714 is the third best of the sixty-six National League clubs behind Torquay and St Albans. I think it would be better for our nerves if the victories were more convincing, but we are clearly doing just fine.

Solid start to the season. I think we have the best defensive squad in the division and I am sure the attacking creativity will start to flow shortly. I am confident that Berkeley-Agyepong will have a bigger impact on future results.

I gave Vint my MOTM vote, as I think he was first rate today, just like his centre-half partner, but that seemed to go under the radar of the commentators. The match stream was pretty good value for what it cost!

RE: Players in/Players out 2020-2021

I know others have posted the latest signings, but would anybody be able to post the full squad list for the new season. I am aware that we are in very good shape, but I've lost track of exactly who is on the books for kick-off tomorrow.

Thanks in advance. I wish all at the club and all fans very good health. I hope we'll be back at our spiritual home again shortly.

RE: Weymouth - Promotion Final - 1pm Saturday

After having felt rather dejected yesterday, I am really proud of the club and the players. It is worth remembering how dark the situation looked back in September; the optimism of the fans for next season is tangible and I am really excited about it. Fighting for the championship is not out of the question.

King worked his magic and the result was fantastic. We lost the penalty shootout in our own unique style, but we are not going up mostly thanks to the complete hash we made of the first quarter of the season. I am confident we'll make a much better start next time. My thanks to all at the club for the ride.

RE: Golden Boot

Does that mean that if Darren McQueen scored on Saturday, he would be the outright winner?
