Lee Noble
A true diamond - a pity that he picked a nasty injury earlier in the season!
They do not make them like that any more - Cannot wait to see him back in action in the near future. We badly need his tough tackling in midfield. He would have made a big difference when we recently lost to Hampton and Richmond and do not believe that we would have lost if he was playing. We looked very lightweight in midfield - the balance was not right in that game!
Steve King does not often get the formation wrong but he will have learnt from this game but I have every confidence that we will reach the Play Offs.
Trust that Lee will play on Saturday against Eastbourne Borough!

Re: Ky Marsh-Brown Interview
Ky told me that he got injured in training in mid week before our game with Hampton & Richmond. He is a good player who can play in more than one position - a big asset for the Club!

Re: Sanchez Ming
It seems unwise to play Sanchez Ming at left back when it is obvious that he is right-footed!
Unusual for Steve King to play players out of position.
It cost us 3 valuable points on Saturday and we could miss out on the Play Offs, I hope not.

Re: Oxford City (A)
A great debt of gratitude is owed to TB and Skip who have rescued our season from being a very unsuccessful one.
Well done chaps!
Over to you Steve King and look forward to being in the Play Offs, at least. No pressure and Good Luck.

Re: Retained/Released players list
Charlie Sheringham had a very average season and would not be a good choice as he appears to have lost his zest for the game. Would make sense to sign a young, keen, hungry striker from the Bostik Premier League who is ambitious and determined to make his mark at National League South level.
Scouting such a striker is realistic and lower League scouting by the Club appears to be sadly lacking!

Re: 19/20 Season
Disappointed and surprised that Adam and Jamie have been re-appointed for the coming season.
We have to respect the decision of the Board and hope that they will not live to regret their actions.
At the end of the day, we support the team and I will renew my season ticket for the coming season.
Look forward to plenty of good quality and experienced signings of players who are leaders both on and off the pitch.

Re: 19/20 Season
After reading numerous unbiased match reports of the Oxford match on Saturday, I believe it is now the right time for Jamie Coyle and Adam Flanagan to be released by the Club.
It was a crucial game on Saturday for DFC and, unfortunately, there were unable to deliver the right result despite taking the lead.
The quality of the present squad is not up to standard required for DFC and it is now obvious that the budget was not spent wisely by them.
It is disappointing that the squad is not up to the required standard in view of the fact both Jamie and Adam have both managed at National South level and would have expected them to have a greater knowledge of the talented players at this level.
It is fortunate that, at present, Chris Kinnear is available and believe that he would be an ideal choice for the job in view of the fact that he has considerable experience of management at National League level and understand that he has recently retired from the teaching profession.
