Hard to believe we only scored 3 goals, could have and should have been at least 6. Cannot recall Wilks making
any sort of save in the second half. Feel sorry for our manager, trying to select a starting eleven and a bench
when we have such a talented and deep squad plus some very talented players still to come back from injury.

Re: National League North and South season declared null and void
It seems the National league's view of a democratic vote is a bit Orwellian, in that all votes are equal but some are more
equal than others. One thing for sure I cannot see the league having the balls to issue any fines or points penalties
to the teams that refused to fulfil their fixtures over the last few weeks, which is insulting to the teams such as us, that
went to the expense of honouring their commitments all for nothing.

Re: Sad News - John Hoverd RIP
Sad Sad news. John was a great guy, yes he did take moaning to Olympic standards but I always enjoyed any
chats we had. I also remember him getting out his book of stats to reinforce his moan. I always recall
a 'Life of Brian' type of conversation we had once about Brendon Cass, John was moaning that Cass was slow and
said even he could run faster, I pointed out that Cass had scored something like 28 goals that season but John
replied, Yes but apart from the goals what else has he ever done. Classic. RIP John

When I saw this thread I thought we had drawn a bad tie in the FA Trophy, what a relief. LOL

Re: Can the season start without fans?
The season may be able to start without fans but I cant see how it can possibly be viable to continue
for more that a month or two at all levels from EFL division 1 downwards. Also I cannot see how the
FA Cup can continue past its early stages.
I did see a report that most EFL clubs had built in Covid clauses to players contracts, so wages
would be cut by 50pct whilst fans were not allowed, hopefully we have done something similar
but i am not sure that will be enough to survive. I know we apparently got a grant/payment of
£ 15,000 but that only covers the revenue loss of approximately one home game. Hopefully
there will be some more assistance but I am not holding my breath.

Got my form from Jack and bought another 20 A shares to take mine to the max 50. Would urge people
to buy what they can as and when they can to keep funds going in to the club.

Re: Dulwich (H) - Sat 25/1
Got feel sorry for Up The Darts, another game that he had to waste 2 hours of his time hoping to post
something negative. Six wins from our last 7 games have at least kept him somewhat quiet, poor sad chap

Re: Concord Home December 21
Pretty poor match. Central midfield of Hyde and Wynter didn't work for me, hope Nobes is not too far off a return.
Game of two penalties one scored one missed.
