Wilks Bonner and hill were outstanding today. They deserve a lot of praise. Im giving Tom B mom, these guys were bang on their game while several were not. They also saved us more than once.

They don't need to be on full blast for the entire half time break.Kentc wrote: ↑Sat Sep 11, 2021 4:55 pmDo you think it’s easier to dribble on a dry surfaceUpTheDarts wrote: ↑Sat Sep 11, 2021 4:40 pm 2 dropped points. Not sure why the sprinklers are being switched on at full whack at half time, completely soaking the pitch and making it impossible to dribble, the amount of times the ball got slowed down on the surface was ridiculous
Oh well
I thought the surface was decent I don’t know what part of the pitch you are referring to but it seemed ok for them.

Re: Sloff (H) 21st August 2021 3 P.M
For me the performance was awesome. To a man everyone was excellent. Don’t want to get too carried away as it’s so, so early but I’m excited to be back and believe we must be up there challenging this season.
We have some real top quality out there and credit to kingy for getting this group together playing outstanding football.

Does anyone genuinely think this nonsense actually contributes to the enjoyment of watching football?
I thought it would be great and was a big advocate for it. I now think it’s ruining top flight football

However, does anyone honestly not think king is the best person to get this turned round.
He is a top manager and right now it is going wrong. It happens, it sucks but if there was anyone I believe will sort this out then it’s kingy.
Yes it’s mainly his players but he has a quality that most managers don’t, he seems to not hide the problems we have with some clap trap excuse to defend his team and worry about how he looks. His only concern is to put it right.
It’s not happening right now but I’m convinced it will.
This guy is a brilliant manager, please remember this.
Not the impression I get
