Been dragged to the Jurassic coast this weekend in search of Noor, Jack and McQueens’s penalties (looks like they’re still up there somewhere) and it took us about five hours with a stop yesterday. I hope the roads are more forgiving for the travelling faithful today.

Looks like I'll be going down the M3 for a bit and across to Bracknell to pick up the M4 as it appears to be closed around Heathrow. Good luck with your search Mikey, you'll have a better chance finding them with the Mars Rover!

I can vouch for this great micro-pub, in Market Street. Always a good selection of ales & beers, the staff are very friendly and knowledgable about their beers.

Two positives from this game: I didn't have to pay to watch it and I didn't freeze my toes off whilst watching it.

Shame that it wasn't like that at the War Memorial in Dartford last Sunday! Thanks to ex-members of the Black Watch Regiment it was done properly afterwards in Spital Street outside Royal British Legion branch (also known as the Conservative Club).
