Re: Gillingham Friendly Called Off - Now v Sittingbourne
Was certainly great to get back to real football and catch up with all the fans at PP. Pitch looked fantastic and so was some of the football. All the new signings look very sharp but special mention to Luke Allen, what a classy looking player who glides around and always seems to be in the right place, and scores goals. Thoroughly enjoyable evening and a big up to the young lads and lasses who sung their hearts out throughout the game and I hope they stay around when we get into the meat of the season. On the downside, and I dont wanna sound like an old fart, I dont want to hear the c word being shouted out when there's lots of young kids close by. I had a quiet word with a steward and he said they can't do anything to stop it. Really???....Other than that small thing, fantastic evening.....BRING IT ON!

Re: At Albans Home Tuesday Nov 17
Sometimes I think a little perspective needs to be taken on here. As far a I recall, only Arsenal and Celtic have gone a season unbeaten in elite British football history so we're gonna get beat occasionally. Fans of the Skril Premier (remember that) will recall losing 10 on the bounce
in some dark, distant past. We have no divine right to win this league but I'm damn sure we will be right there at the end, and hopefully on the terraces cheering the boys on

Re: Chelmsford City home, 7:45pm Oct 6th
Doubly upset as me and the wife both have season tickets. That was absolutely unwatchable as I had to refresh, reboot and put the 2 factor authentication code in 27 times, missed the goal and at least 60 mins of the game. We won but I haven't enjoyed any of it unfortunately, as depressing as losing...almost. I'll give it another game and if it aint any better its option B I'm afraid

Re: Wealdstone Pre Season Friendly 3pm Sat. 5th Sept
I know it's early days but on that showing I think Wealdstone are in for a long season. I think that's their sixth preseason game and we made them look very ordinary. Right back trialist had a very solid game second half. Impressive stuff

Re: Player of the Season
Between Elliot, Josh Hill and Captain Tom for me. Elliot's sheer work rate and goals....Tom and Josh for being rock solid at the back. Difficult choice

Re: Weymouth - Promotion Final - 1pm Saturday
Has anyone been able to purchase the streaming pass for the big game, or has it not come online yet?

Probably easier to log in on your laptop and pay your Β£5.99 and then play it on your smart TV, providing they're both on the same WiFi obviously

What a fantastic positive statement by the board. Congratulations on that
Hopefully we can retain this great group of players and staff and kick on as soon as is feasibly possible. Well done all.
