Looking forward to the big kick off, I just hope Marsden is fit after going off injured against Boreham Wood . There was nothing mentioned in the interview after the match on his condition.

Now then. I’ve often been criticised for negativity. (For good reason I’d say, but not popular with some of the ol’ sweats’ views in here of late.) But I’m here again, now, with a renewed vicar and upbeat as I possibly can be after witnessing three home friendlies - which I’ve never done before. I’ll happily take an undefeated five points from the first nine to build on. I think we’ll do better given two ‘winnable’ games at home. I’m going 1-0 on Saturday. Just not sure which way! 😝

Does anyone know what the parking is like at Cray Valley? It looks like they have a car park on site but it isn't very big

And has anyone seen a forum of theirs? Just wondering if they’re quaking in their pants or quietly laughing.

Was around that area on Tuesday so popped into the ground for a quick look. The car park is a very decent size so should not be an issue. Although to be fair it’s kind of hard to tell, apart from a fence where the 🚗 park ends and the ground starts. 😋😋

When I was being a sad old git and creating a .POI file to then create a Google Earth .KML file to work out the mileages, I had to zoom into each ground to find the entrance and pin a yellow marker. This is what Cray Valley PM looks like:

Apparently space for 70 cars.

I couldn't find one when I trawled through all the clubs to add the info to my main site.

Staying in the same league was easy to find info, going up was exciting, but it was hard work as I had a lack of enthusiasm to find out the info for all the new clubs, after we got relegated. I was at a stage where I was going to stop updating "thedarts.eu", but I need the info for the match threads, so I plodded along.

They are but not to very local games. I think an announcement is due quite soon.

The start of the league season is now rapidly approaching and I have to say I am feeling quietly optimistic. From afar, there seems to be very positive vibes around the club and I do like what I am hearing and reading of Adey's approach to the season.

Cray Valley PM open the season on a promotion and an excellent televised FA Cup run last season, and attractive football, so no doubt at all that they will be trying to get off to a good start this season. Equally, Adey has put together an interesting Darts squad, so looking forward to see how this game pans out, and hoping Will Bass is there for commentary to tune into.

Good luck to the Darts tomorrow and hopeful of a large following of fans going to the game.

Echo that Pete. Won't be there tomorrow but I will be there Tuesday.
Let's hope for a good performance tomorrow and a point or three. Not saying CVPM are going to be a pushover, far from it.
COYD'S.
