Dave Skinner sadly passed away this morning after a long illness!!

Known Dave for 30+ years, travelled with him for various weekends away + spent the whole of COVID football locked away in the control room with him. He has been part of our quiz team for as long as I can remember. The Club really will not be the same without him. The term Mr Dartford really was coined for him. I will miss him terribly.

I have known Dave since the late 1960s.
We played football together for Wellcome fc.
He has been Mr Dartford for many years and was heavily involved in the resarection of DFC
in the early 1990s
He will be sadly missed at Princes park .

So sorry to hear this sad news.
Dave used to make cameo appearances for a youth club football team I ran in Horton Kirby when we were both younger men.

Ah, that's sad news. Like Babylon I too played with Dave at Welcome FC. Certainly will miss the chap around the ground. Did so much to keep this club alive.
He will be missed by many in and outside the club.
