That’s a great song Duke and Dusty was a wonderful singer. When we sign up those players the teams can come out to wishin and hopin , the fans will love it

If we sign just 2/3 0f them I will be singing the Monkees biggest hit but I aint putting my OAP cash on it ?????????????/

i thought Dunn and Murtagh left on May 24th.

Yeah Bobby Dunn & Kieran Murtagh have left the club.

it said about Dunn 'Signed from Sheffield Wednesday 23rd March 2023 for an undisclosed fee.'

this also said he left Weds. so i assume he wasn't a loan?:

Dowse has got 10 signed up so far ALL of whom are quality and will have a great chance of being 1st pick , I hope that we dont fill the [ est] 8 remaining places with too many of last seasons non achievers and leave room for more probable 1st picks to be signed . Of the list , Bonner , Dudinski and Coulson hopefully will sign , as for the rest they are NOT essential [ shame Dowse doesnt seem to fancy Adebowale as we need another centre back ] although Charlie Sheringham could hace an sub impact role ??

Would love to see a couple of wide players come in , enviously looking at other NLS Clubs who have done so !!!!!!

At present Duke we don’t have any centre backs let alone another as still waiting to hear regarding Tom Bonner, nothing mentioned yet about Adebowale & Connor Essem has left the club.
I would still have Sheringham in the side as well and unless Dudzinski is already under contract then we currently only have Tom Wray as our keeper.

Agreed but it will be a real shock IF Tom Bonner doesnt sign again , it appears he has been away on holiday but wont rest easy until he puts pen to paper , the other fella [ Adebowale ] seems to have the pedigree and he looked a big uncompromising guy when on the bench at Tonbridge , I didnt see him at last game [ Hampton] so dont have an opinion , I just hope we dont have to play Rooney at centre back as he has the size , can tackle , has attitude and is [by reputation ] a leader , just what our midfield needs !!!!!!!!!

We are well ahead of last season as on the 1st of June last year we signed out FIRST player and that was...........TOM BONNER.

Yes I remember being at PP last season when Tom turned up to sign for another season. Only to be told that Steve King had just been sacked. Kind of through a spanner in the works for a while. Let’s hope he signs on again . Paid for my season ticket today and Dowse was at the ground supposing some more news very soon
