One could easily get carried away by this result but as said, by their own supporters, they were in for a hiding.

We well and truly slaughtered them and in reality the score line should’ve been at least 0-12 with the amount of chances we had, absolutely on fire today.
Noor Husin was awesome but for me Jernade Meade was electric up and down the wing and he gets my MOTM vote today.
Ade Aziz could’ve had a second hat trick today with the chances he had but can’t be too greedy as he got another two today to give him 9 goals in 8 games so far.
Every player was superb today but I have to say that has to be the worst Welling team I’ve seen in years, it was definately men Vs boys today. Welling just didn’t look interested at all and it was kick & rush football with lots of panicking.
We chewed them up and spat them out.
Absolutely fantastic football being played, COYD’s.

Well done Darts, not the first team that will get a spanking this year i suspect. What a fantastic group of players Kingy has assembled. Looking forward to Kevs goals and any other highlights.
