Absolutely gutted to hear the terrible news in mid-week that Pedro had sadly passed away.
I can't quite believe it as I was laughing and talking with him at the Farnborough game
An absolutely top bloke and great character who will be sadly missed, another DFC legend sadly gone.

RiP MATE

RIP Peter (Pedro) French, gone far too soon.

He always spoke and had a laugh on the terraces and quite often had banter about his beloved West Ham.

I’m sure your watching over the team today, let’s hope the boys can get you 3pts.

So sorry to hear of Pedro's passing away such a shock and yet another of the old school of Darts followers going to meet some of his fellow fans and friends already on high joining them to watch down on the Darts.

I have been good pals.with Pedro.since 1970ish.
One of the best and a very genuine bloke .
I often stood with him at PP and don’t ever remember having a cross word with him.

Absolutely horrible to be the one making the PA notice today for my old friend Pedro and got a little bit emotional reading it. Travelled with him to a lot of games over the years, not just for first team fixtures, but also a lot of Sunday morning Under 18's matches, and he will be sorely missed.

Very pleased, however, to see such an outpouring of emotion and warmth towards his memory from fellow fans (both on here and at the ground). Fitting that his family would be at today's game and see a comphrehensive win for Pedro's beloved Darts.

I usually stood with Pedro on the half way line in the 1st half and behind the car park goal in the 2nd half.
We have been mates for donkeys years.
He would constantly check his phone to see how West Ham were getting on.
Many thanks to the club and all.those that attended the Dulwich game for the very respectful minutes silence.

I have been informed by Pedro's sister Margaret that if any Darts fans want to wear their football shirts at the funeral then they are more than welcome to do so.

I didn't realise of the sad passing of Peter until I was chatting with TrevorB at the St Albanss match. Couldn't place him by name, but since seen the original thread and thanks to Park Life's photo, obviously recognised Peter then. Very sorry to have lost another member of the DFC family any my condolences to the family. RIP.
