I rarely moan, but why is it taking so long for the tea bar queue at the car park end to clear. One young lad serving on his own!! I give up. Pathetic!!
From the commentary it sounds like Hemel set up exactly how you would away to the league leaders and snatched a win. Disappointing result but we go again. Hope we rest key players in the Mickey Mouse cup on Tuesday.
Possibly one of the worst displays I've seen from us this season. Hemel made us look bang average and fully deserved the win.
Conceding right before half time is usually a killer however on this occasion I don't think it mattered at all and if we had gone in level we still would've lost.
Our final ball and delivery into the box was awful and pretty telling our goal was from a set piece by a defender.
Today has undone a lot of the hard work we did over Christmas and once again handed a big advantage back to Ebsfleet, we could've got away with it had Dover held them but alas.
Not voting for a motm today, none of our attackers deserve it and can't justify giving it to a defender after conceding 3 despite Connor scoring the goal.
Less said about that, the better. A blip. Hopefully. But very painful to watch. Wall resorting to his early season crapness. I can’t wait for his suspension! JFC!

Let’s hope we put in a good performance and shift
And we didn’t…
Pretty grim viewing today against a team who bullied us, played anti-football tactics and who took their chances. Many below par performances today and besides the free kick leading to the goal the deliveries into the area were very, very poor.
Same 11 will start the next game with no players pushing them. Hoping for a reinforcement or two to get us over the line at the end of the season. Still top, we move on.
Only a few post have beaten me to it and there is very little if anything to add. It had to happen eventually and we finally had the bad day at the office. The team looked tired. The first foul was not given by the ref until more than fifteen minutes had passed and yet he still managed to book a ridiculous amount of our players. Too much diving being rewarded and shirt pulling and holding being ignored, as usual.
Hopefully we can get back to winning ways next Saturday.
Stating the obvious - we lack a squad with depth capable of maintaining a Championship challenge!
Referee poor, yes but we cannot blame that on our defeat.
The usual shithousery from a team set out to scrap for a result at Princes Park. Give Hemel some credit though for some of the football they played and for their excellent 2nd goal.
I thought we knocked it around quite well at times and must have had at least 60% possession, but would agree on the generally poor final ball and we also got absolutely no grace whatsoever from the referee. With the deflected final goal, it would be fair to say that luck was not on our side today. There was a very good penalty shout right at the beginning of the second half for a challenge on Wall waved away and several ponderous bookings confusing everyone. On the subject of Alex Wall, it seemed like he was reluctant to commit aerially a couple of times today, this was before his (very dubious) yellow card and has been seen in previous games. For a beast such as Alex, it looks weird.
Pendulum swings back out of our favour today, but there will be twists and turns to come.
