DFCSA Race Night - 26th November 2022

We have our latest DFCSA Race Night in the Princes Suite, Princes Park on Saturday 26th November 2022 following the match against Concord Rangers. Entry will be free to all, with DFCSA members receiving £2 of free bets.

Please do come along, it's sure to be good fun and a great way to help raise funds for the Association.

Thank you to everyone who attended the DFCSA Race Night on Saturday night, including supporters, the Men’s First Team and the Women’s First Team.

The winners are as follows:

Race 1 – Number 7: Mick Church, Gary Hills, Clare Weeks & Richard Dunn
Race 2 – Number 6: Linda Austin, Dave Boswell, Jay Berkhauer & Mark Fossey
Race 3 – Number 1: Mike Smith, Peter French, Terry Pease & Sean Holland
Race 4 – Number 2: Colin Sparrow, Mim Catchpole, Peter Martin & Mark Dighton
Race 5 – Number 4: Jeremy Kite, Val Catchpole, Matt Edmeades & Teddy Ansell
Race 6 – Number 1: Mick How, Andy Bonnett, Peter Martin & C.W.R.R.
Race 7 – Number 8: Dave Kent, John Lineham, Bob Osbon & John Pugh
Race 8 – Number 7: Mark Brenlund, Mick Church, Kath Atkins & Harriet Stewart
Race 9 – Number 2: Dave Boswell, Darren Newton & Sean Holland. Winning sponsors were Lads of the Village FC, Dave Skinner, Gary Cherry, Scott McKinnon & Peter French.

Tri-Cast winners:
Race 3: Andy Bonnett.
Race 6: Ian White.

Jackpot winner:
Keith and Karen.

Auction Race Owner:

The evening has made a rough figure of £3,520 for the Association, so many thanks to everyone who supported either by attending, buying a Tri-Cast ticket or by sponsoring a horse or a race.

Thank you to everybody involved in the organisation and running of this event.

We spent an enjoyable evening sharing a table with the boss and a group of friendly Geordies. Sadly, they struggled to pick a winner between them all evening.
