Probably not a bad thing. There’s not much flavour for football at the moment. And we might be better placed to give them a battering when we do eventually play ‘em!

Was going to be my first game back tomorrow after breaking my left ankle on both sides.
It’s the right decision to call off all sport as mark of respect.

Well at least we won’t have to listen to Dowsons drivel and we can catch up on vintage Coronation street episodes

According to my newspaper yesterday the FA are considering recommending that all football be postponed again this coming weekend out of respect for the Queen's funeral the following Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You couldn't make it up!!!!

I think we’ve come a long way since the time of the postponement, Welling have had some decent results too. Drawing with Ebsfleet away with 9 men shows they are well organised and resilient. However, at home against anyone I fancy our chances. Hoping for a good crowd and that we stuff them.

Are their 2 x red carded players from that game suspended tonight then I wonder?

Unfortunately will not be at a game until Concord Rangers. Tonight will be a whole lot different game from Saturday, Feeney seems to be a much wanted Manager and he has certainly brought something to Welling even though he was regarded as an idiot for going there. I also expect Azeez to be looking for a goal, if he plays of course.
Saturday's game with Braintree will also be a much different game to tonight's. so Dowse has got to be on his toes as regards team choice I suspect.
Anyway, hopefully a win to keep up the pressure on others and to maintain this run we are on.

Last season we racked up the goals against Welling, this time it's bound to be different with the Wings looking in better shape. Here's the preview https://puredfc.co.uk/dartford-v-welling-united-2

I've been looking forward to this one for a while, however this will be a very tough game (possibly in difficult conditions too) and we will do very well if we were to come away with a win.

Welling are a completely different side to last season who hit a blip after a very strong start to the season. They seemed to overcome that at the weekend so their tails will be up. I'd happily take a scrappy 1-0 win here, but I've got a feeling there will be a few twists in this game tonight

Stefan Payne should be suspended for tonight but the guy sent off on Saturday won't be suspended until this weekend.

Yes, those two (Stefan Payne and James Dunne) are BOTH suspended for tonight, but as TFW said, Amadou Kassaraté was sent off on Saturday so his suspension has to yet begin.

... and Welling are currently bottom of the fair play table.
