Thanks. I didn't know about it. I have donated this morning.

What a great gesture from a group of guys that gave hundreds of hours of pleasure when playing for Dartford or other clubs during their playing careers. I wish them well in their endeavour.

Would anyone involved with the club know if this could be advertised in and around the ground? Sure there are plenty that would like to donate

Well done to our former favourites in raising funds for an important charity. Happy to have donated.

Just looked at that website again today as the 7th May is fast approaching.

The £1500 target has been reached with the total currently standing at £1862, so still time for fans to donate to make it an even bigger sum. Excellent effort to date.

Thought it worthwhile to bump this thread up.

Good luck to our legends for their challenge tomorrow. Hopefully they will be able to keep track of the match at Eastbourne as they climb the heights.

What would we give to have them available for these last few matches at the peak of their careers? Hopefully our current crop of players can rise to the challenge and make history of their own.
