Either of those would have been a tough game but I'm glad it's St Albans because the way Chelmsford have conducted themselves as a football club has been very poor and i feel the day would have had a bad atmosphere surrounding it, whereas St Albans will just be about the football.

Reading some comments apparently it was all Chelmsford and the Saints keeper had a great game. Nevertheless Sunday is a whole new game, tough but will be a great watch for sure!🤞🏼

This is my view on it too. St Albans will be looking for revenge as they should've had the game won in the first half last time we played them.

Hopefully we make the home advantage count, let's get behind the lads and create the 12th man.

I did watch the majority of the match and for me, St Albans were deserved victors, played the more fluent football, and served up much the same as they did at PP only 2 weeks ago. At least have Thought they were the more dangerous side, and we will have to be on our toes throughout the game to edge it into the final. Chelmsford did have their moments, and played their part too, but St Albans seemed to pose more problems than Chelmsford overall, with a lot of pace. Rather enjoyed watching the game as a neutral. But in all honesty I would have preferred us to have been playing Chelmsford on Sunday.

It's going to a tasty game and one to look forward to.

First three National League play offs played last night - and all three ended up in away wins for the last placed of the play off positions. So much for home advantage!!

Jeffers?!! He's the last of our worries. SA should/could have been four up before he had his boots on two weeks ago.
The sheer pace against us is enough of a warning. Although we did change it around second half they still are a very dangerous side. They have always been a good side and the introduction of Noble as manager has not changed that. In fact I would say he's made them better.
Hopefully we will have enough to scrape by with the home crowd behind us but Princes Park is a good place to come for footballing sides.
I'll probably be down to my knuckles by the end of this one. :?

Interestingly all the teams that won yesterday (Boreham Wood, Kidderminster and St Albans) all won on the last day of the season. Momentum or accidental coincidence?

Dartford v St Albans
Oxford C v Worthing

Elsewhere, Gloucester equalise at 90+9 mins to take their tie at Brackley to ET and Woking will be gutted to lose to Bromley, having occupied 3rd place for much of the season.

And Kingy loses yet another play off, after the game ended 2-2
Brackley Town won 5-4 on penalties.

Worthing away in the final would have been a great jolly.
