Unless our board wake up and bring more investment in then we are going nowhere.
This team simply Ain't good enough.
DARTFORD FC ARE BETTER THAN THIS!!!

We are on the slippery slope down the league now.
I cannot understand how we beat the top clubs only to slip up at the bottom club fixtures??
There is something definitely wrong somewhere.

It’s becoming very sad - not gonna bother next few games now coz the club needs rescuing NOW - a club like ours should not be in this position
it was only your posts that stopped me calling the Samaritans! But they’re always engaged at ten to five on a Saturday!

The manager has not even used his allocated budget. I don’t blame this mess on lack of investment but more on the recruitment process. The last 2 managers were not what the majority wanted and I was absolutely gutted when Danny Scopes turned us down at the last minute. We laugh at Welling but at least they have a decent manager who has some passion and will probably keep them up.
Would like to have SK back but that won’t happen, maybe we should consider Bobby Wilkinson. At least his teams are easy on the eye.

No good calling them the lines a choc a bloc with Spurs fans

Not gonna ramble on about this one as i’ve made my opinions clear previously. Not shocked by result or performance at all after the lineup. Main problem with Steve King was people felt we never had a settled lineup, do we have that under Pennock then? At least we played good, exciting football then. So so flat and boring. Change massively needed.

I’ve previously said that we’re better off waiting to see how the season finishes before we make a decision on management.
Having seen that display, I now think Ade has to go.
I realised today that even if we did a Dover and scraped into and through the playoffs, I wouldn’t want Ade in charge in the NLS.
Dsane was our only decent player in the first half and he was subbed at HT. Both centre backs were shite and the better of the two was eventually subbed off for George.
These strange decisions are okay if they change the game. But they don’t
Anyone will do until the end of the season

I have seen Steve King at a few of our home games this season the latest being the Ramsgate game, does anyone know why or is it just purely to watch a game of football?
I cant see him coming back as I believe the Board didnt like the amount of money he was spending, but he didn't mess about if you didnt want to play for dartford you was moved on, if your a striker and you haven't scored in 20 plus games ( not mentioning any player in paticular) you would be gone too.

Best manager we’ve had since TB when shit really mattered. Sadly, he’s detested by the board and he ain’t coming back. Probably for the right reasons too, sadly. But, there’s surely more of that calibre who will relish to manage Dartford FC. It’s not as though we’re an Isthmian One no-hoper are we?

Really poor performance today. We looked like a load of individuals just running around, but apparently that's really important.
Same formation, same tactics and like for like subs again. What's it called if you keep doing the same thing over and over again and expect a different outcome, oh yeah.......insanity.
Whilst the players have to take some responsibility i believe they are capable of much more and in different circumstances, who knows?
You can see on the pitch the mood is not right and there's quite a few players who look a shadow of themselves, I'm not surprised in the current circumstances.
MOTM - Dan Carter tried to make things happen but i gave it to George. Should never have been left out (again) as he's been our most consistent defender and scored when he came on. So the only one who made a telling contribution.

Unfortunately I do think there’s more chance of me becoming manager than him returning. I remember when likes were public on X someone who works at the club would frequently like tweets which were slating him

Steve King isn’t the answer to whatever the question is!
He’s been bombed out of every club he’s been at since! If the club are genuine about moving forwards then it needs to be with someone new at the helm.
