I've just read that Mitch Beeney is now playing for Faversham. I was a tad surprised because having seen them play a few times this season I had put on here that Faversham had a good keeper in Roshan Greensall.
Rather surprisingly Greensall left to 'better himself' and went to Ashford United. ?? Personally I felt at the time of seeing him it wouldn't have hurt us to have got a keeper like him. He's strong and commands his box. But then, what do I know?
I also bumped into my gym mate who happens to be a Ramsgate supporter and he's looking forward to the game at PP in January, before I pointed out both Rams and ourselves have got to play Folkestone before that. Ouch.

Welling have today signed forward Manu Oke-William from Beaconsfield Town. Their 10th new signing since new boss Ryan Maxwell took over only two weeks ago!.

Think it’s their 50th registered player of the season also and we have only just hit December 🤣

3 teams below us playing tonight with all having games in hand on us hopefully one or 2 of them will slip up.

Good to see Lewes having a midweek game hopefully they use all their energy turning over Ricky and have an off day on Saturday.

Lewes game had been called off due to a waterlogged pitch 5 minutes before kick off .
Checked the weather and it’s going to constant rain rain every day including Saturday so our game must be in doubt

Chichester have just equalised against Chatham which is useful.

Chatham are now leading 2-1. Potters Bar and Whitehawk are both 1-0 up away from home.

With the results tonight, there is only one team in the league that has not won a match in their last five - Dulwich Hamlet.

4 of the top 6 play each other this weekend so will be interested in how that changes the league at 4:45pm !

I know we have Lewes Saturday but I’m really looking forward to the Folkestone game the following weekend at PP I want to see if they are as good as everyone is saying they are and can we pull off a result.

BB I agree very much looking forward to the Folkestone game but assuming our game is on v Lewes it is crucial we go into the Folkestone game having won at Lewes. That will give us the best chance of winning the game

100% agree Rambo, hoping Brentwood take some points from Folkestone however it won’t mean anything if we don’t get 3 points at Lewes.

Last time I went to Lewes Danny Harris kicked a ball at my full pint of beer in my hand and I was smelling like a brewery for the whole game, he did apologise though 😂

Just seen Welling are doing a festive family ticket for £25 which gets a family of 4 in (2 adults 2 children).

I know our kids get in free however I wondered if it would be something the club would consider to boost the gates over Christmas? Maybe purchasing in advance 4 adult tickets for a discounted price would entice families with older children to attend etc especially with money being tight for most at the moment.

What about letting everyone in for free and charging them on the way out based on the result / performance ? 😝

“The League is going to be tight behind Folkestone I think; our aim and some people laugh when I have said before, our aim this year was to survive in the League. That is our first and foremost aim in the League and if we can get in the play-offs again this season, it would be an absolutely fantastic achievement from everybody at the Football Club.”

A quote from a recent Ksnfootball interview with Pennock.

Well it is that time of year

Seriously though, Pennock’s comment would’ve been acceptable if we were in Dovre’s position but we aren’t and it isn’t.
