I didn’t think much of Bender when he played for us in the conference but he’d probably be okay at this level

Don’t know if he’s retiring or moving on to another club, he never really did much for us when he played.

He made 9 appearances and scored 1 goal on loan from
AFC Wimbledon in 2013 then signed for us in 2013/14 season making 14 appearances scoring 1 goal.

If I remember correctly he suffered a broken ankle in a game against Barnet shortly before (or during) our 10+ match losing streak that season

Jason did score a gif hat-trick at Princes Park - but that was before he joined us when playing for Bognor

I can’t remember a single player doing more damage to DFC than Prior.

That hat- trick at PP was brilliant.

Former Darts loanee Tom Dallison has left Ebbsfleet and signed for Hornchurch. He had evidently agreed to sign for Chelmsford but changed his mind when an offer came in from Hornchurch.

I think he will end up at Eastbourne with Kingy!

Just read that he has signed for Worthing.

Close. Noor had a bad injury midway through last season. Hinshelwood obviously liked enough of what he saw at York when playing Southend to take a chance on him.
Noor was superb when playing for us before moving on to Southend, it was like the ball was stuck to his feet in tight situations.
Good luck to him next season.

Not quite sure whether we are at odds Lars. Adam Hinshelwood was sacked at York, and is now manager at Worthing. So yes, Hinshelwood did rate Noor from his days as York manager.

I think that's what I said Pete, just in a roundabout way. But Hinshelwood must have come across Husin at some point during his two seasons at York
Soon after he left us I went down to Dover to see him playing for Southend. It was 0-0 until into the second half when from a Southend corner the ball was cleared to the edge of the box, straight to Noor who stepped past one player and hit an unstoppable shot into the roof of the net.

Former Dart Louis Dunne has left promoted Maldon & Tiptree to join Averley.

Stormin' Norman Wabo has signed for Margate.
