Manager Of The Month

Here are the last Vita Risk Solutions Managers of the month
Premier Division
Let’s play Darts! That’s a phrase we heard many times during December, but we suspect it wasn’t uttered with any enthusiasm by the opponents of Dartford, as in the main those particular Darts made everyone they met rather miserable. Dartford played six Pitching In Isthmian Premier matches in December, won five of them, and only allowed Dulwich Hamlet to escape with as much as a point. Bognor Regis Town, Horsham, Folkestone Invicta, Cray Wanderers and Canvey Island each tried to put up a fight, but each of them came away from their meeting with nothing bur regret. Many congratulations to Adrian Pennock, our Manager of the Month.
Congratulations to Ade and the team!

Thoroughly deserved.
Let's not worry about the 'kiss of death'.
Maybe do it for next month also.
Has it been done before??

Well done Ade
Every thing comes to those that wait and you have proved to the fans not one point but several in this run of being undefeated

Congratulations! But would have been hard to believe back in those gloomy Oct/mid Nov days, or that Ade could still be here.
Happy to eat humble pie. Keep it up you Darts.

Pleased for him. He’s had his stick not long ago and mostly over the top and unfair.
Mostly.
It’s always up and down through the season and he definitely deserves all the plaudits for this current run.
Whilst he’s a professional he’s also a human being and I’d imagine this will help with his confidence.
Thoroughly deserved.

Congratulations to Ade and staff. Like others for me it was on his watch when it was crap and he deserves all the credit with the current unbeaten run! Long may it continue!

Re: Manager Of The Month
Adrian Pennock has won the Isthmian Premier League manager of the month award for the second consecutive month. Jacob Marsden has also won the Isthmian Premier League goalkeeper of the month award for January after only conceding two goals during that month.

Congratulations to both of them, well deserved.
I asked if it had been done before but the turnaround that has been achieved by Ade is an incredible feat.
As for Jacob, yes it is a team effort but the lad's confidence wasn't exactly high at the beginning of the season. He took some stick early on but made between the sticks his place and deservedly gets his award.
This is only going to make the confidence grow throughout the club.
