Well done lads but a nice quite 0-1 would have been better for my heart rate.

Well done the Darts . I don't mind being shut up Brassy.
Re: Worthing v Dartford Tue 14 Nov 2023
How the hell did we manage to get away with that! I think we were due a bit of luck and Worthing fans must be beside themselves with their defensive performance. Anyway, well done Darts and 3pts is 3 pts.

We don't do anything the easy way!
Would've taken a draw at the start of the night, absolutely delighted to win.
Following on the twitter it sounded like we got very lucky, but will take it all day long.
COYD!!

Well what can i say other than that was a mad entertaining game of football and true to form you just never know how we are going to play.
First twenty minutes Worthing carved us open time and time again creating numerous chances and apart from one really good one on one chance we weren't in the game, if they had been more clinical in front of goal the game would have been all over then. However they only managed to take the one and after about 20-25 minutes we slowly worked our way back into it and got on top and then the madness started. Along with some good pressing from us and Worthing pressing the self destruct button we went in 3-1 up at HT.
Second half we started ok and had a few early chances but they quickly got on top and scored a screamer for their second. Along with their equaliser they also had a goal disallowed and a few hand ball shouts from their fans to keep our nerves jangling up the other end. Then true to form we only needed to press them in their penalty area and their inevitable suicide defending re-appeared and we got the winner.
A mad entertaining game where i would think both sets of fans left the ground scratching their heads.
MOTM for me was Archie Woods. He was played in his right position tonight and it showed. He looked comfortable in possession, was constantly on the move supporting his team mates and worked tirelessly throughout before inevitably cramping up in the last couple of few minutes.

Archie Woods outstanding tonight, donβt think there was a blade of (fake) grass he didnβt cover.
Good win heading into the weekend, onwards and upwards now.

This, once again, was a great win. Albeit with a lot of help from the opposition. And again back in the 'win one, lose one ' groove. What I'd like to see is a good run and hopefully (again) I say, this is it.
But I, as you know Dean, I'm cherry picking games mainly because since last Christmas the football has been dire.
So I'm pleased for the lads getting the win because based on last Tuesdays performance, we needed it.
Sounded like an entertaining game, four goals on plastic and against a very good side, not to be sniffed at. Maybe with the aid of the oppo, but still a win.
