It is very definitely time for change and there will be a plethora of applications from managers even in a job currently. First Team Manager at Dartford is a prime opportunity.

No change for me just yet. Dowse needs a little more time to turn things around. I don't like the football as the way we are playing it will turn into a relegation fight. We are already showing it is a poor squad.
I remember when we were having this debate after King was ousted and Dowse was a big surprise to quite a few including me.
I'm sure if anything is going to happen it'll be another surprise.
But as said in another thread. Steve Morison if he's ambitious and can be prised from Hornchurch.

Should the Board decide a change in Manager is required I suggest Charlie Sherringham should be considered, I just have a feeling he will become a good coach and if he does it would be a shame if we miss out
