It may only be of interest to a few hardy supporters but we have another pre-season match supposedly in the pipeline on the 15th July. This is away to Dunston UTS in Dowse’s home town of Gateshead. I was not going to mention until officially confirmed ,but I noticed that Dunston themselves have it on their list of confirmed pre-season games. I am going to visit Northumbria for a week and take in the match. It would be nice to have an official confirmation from the club at this end.

.....and another friendly is announced. It will be interesting to see what sort of side is put out as we are due to play a friendly at Phoenix Sports on the evening before.
