I would go McKimm doing great things locally at cray valley PM and right age and experience to take a bigger job on with the remit to bring through and make use of our youth set up!

Would hope part of their remit is bringing through some of the youth players who for whatever reason seem to move on to other decent clubs but never pull on the famous black and white at PP!

It’s the right decision (also was the right decision to appoint him imo) and who knows who comes in now but it can’t be any worse than the previous 6 months of mediocrity!
