Re: Player news
Which is where it should of gone and well spotted. Why would our club announce that George is now a Chelmo player anyway? I know people who would turn up expecting him to be playing. The club info is pathetic sadly DFC announced on Thursday evening that he’d been recalled by Bromley https://twitter...

I haven’t taken our social media seriously since ‘Darcelona’Mark Sweet wrote: ↑Fri Feb 02, 2024 2:34 pm Positive signing, however apparently we have spelt his name incorrectly. That's one way to welcome him
Seriously our whole social presence and communication side of things has to be improved.

Re: New Manager.
We know from his own words that Kutrieb doesn’t care about local rivalries so that wouldn’t be a barrier but it’s a no from me. All the resources that allowed him to win the NLS couldn’t help keep Ebbsfleet out of the NL relegation zone which says it all imo

Re: News from around the National League South
I honestly would not be surprised to see Bloor here in a few weeks. Whether he's the right man for the job at this crucial time? I don't know. The timing works and I wouldn’t mind mind him until the end of the season, but I don’t know about long term. Edit: I only say this as I’ve read somewhere on...

Re: Dartford v Weymouth Sat 27 Jan 2024
We looked promising in the opening 25 minutes; I now realise that was all down to Barzey who I’ve voted for motm - nobody else deserved it. Weymouth were sloppy and I genuinely thought it was a game we couldn’t lose. They pick up towards the end of the first half, then - as others have said - all We...

Re: Dartford v Weymouth Sat 27 Jan 2024
I try not to criticise refs but this one looks out of his depth: hesitated blowing for the GK foul then did when we had the chance to put it in an empty net; clear pen not long after that; not a clue what half of the yellows were for.
We’re looking alright but lacking that final touch/pass

Re: Dartford v St Albans City Sat 23 Dec 2023
Did I hear Dowse right he said we just need to go on a run to be where we want to be if not we will win it next year? I thought it was just me! Can’t fault his confidence 😂 In all seriousness though, that’s either the talk of someone deluded and/or someone who knows he still has the backing of the ...

Re: Dartford v Yeovil Town Sat 9th Dec 2023
A lot of talk before the game was why we had gone back to playing one up front after playing the two against Torquay which was probably our best performance of the season. Yeovil looked very good going forward but didn't look anywhere near as good defensively and i believe you should always set you...

Re: Dartford v Yeovil Town Sat 9th Dec 2023
Positive performance in the end. We were often scrappy and I thought we were in real danger of a bloodbath after 10 minutes. We settled after our goal but Yeovil always looked the better side. That was a real chance for Joash to win it at the end though! If only…

Re: Dartford v Yeovil Town Sat 9th Dec 2023
I'm excited for this one and I think we have a decent chance at getting a result. With two weeks' rest and the successful red card appeal, we have a full range of options for attacking personnel. AD actually has a difficult choice of who to play out of the six available strikers and I think he'd be ...

Not exactly NLS but it looks like Nuneaton Borough are on the verge of collapse. Sad. https://www.pitchero.com/clubs/nuneatonboroughfc/news/boro-v-alvechurch--at-stratford-town-2815560.html They’ve now been taken over by DA Capital. https://www.pitchero.com/clubs/nuneatonboroughfc/news/club-announc...

Re: Player news
Chin has been injured for the majority of the season so doing an initial month makes perfect sense. Didn't know he'd been injured most of the season so how does that make perfect sense for us? We'll have to wait and see what happens but if he goes back after a month Diarra may follow shortly after ...

Re: Dartford v Torquay Utd Sat 25 Nov 2023
Seems like we have signed a striker from I think Bromley who scored 7 goals in 15 games on a year deal , think it’s a excellent signing , does tho sort of dismiss we have no budget left etc, who has gone to pay for his wages? Anyway if he cracks the net open Saturday. who cares😂😂😂 As Bromley are fu...
