Mind you, he couldn't really miss. Stating the obvious really.

Re: Isthmian Premier League News
I’ll be at Felixstowe on Saturday for the visit of New Salamis with the Seasiders needing a win and hoping both Bowers & Pitsea and Bury lose to clinch runners up spot. If Bowers or Brentwood win the play offs they will be promoted to the Isthmian Premier. If Bury or Felixstowe succeed then the...

Re: Isthmian Premier League News
The Isthmian South Central division is also settled with one game to go..
Champions – Chertsey Town
Playoffs – Marlow, Leatherhead, Southall, Westfield.
It's possible that some or all of the teams promoted from this division will be placed in the Southern Premier South division.

Re: Dartford v Eastbourne Borough Mon 1 Apr 2024
Interesting article by Steve King in today's edition of the Non-League Paper. When it comes to recruitment he's one of the best in the business. Especially his knowledge of players at the level above of whichever division he's managing in at the time. Unlike Dowse his sacking wasn't down to results...

Re: Chelmsford City v Dartford Fri 29 Mar 2024
No real change at the bottom of the table with 7 of the bottom 8 all losing with the exception of Truro who don't kick off until 5pm. The 7 teams at the bottom who lost this afternoon conceded a total of 26 goals between them!. We really do need to beat Eastbourne on Monday and Havant on Saturday to...

Re: Dartford v Hemel Hempstead Town Sat 23 Mar 2024
Previous posts have summed up the game but how we missed having half of our entire attacking options unavailable. No Box, Barzey or Greenidge and all for different reasons really made it difficult for Ade as Shomotun caused them problems but was the only natural wide attacking option we had. No oth...

Re: Dartford v Hemel Hempstead Town Sat 23 Mar 2024
We worked and tried hard but with no real quality up front to put the ball in the net we were always going to struggle to get the 3 points. Hemel were better than I expected and when they nicked a goal I thought Hastag utd here we come. Paul Rooney not a great footballer but he gives 100% got us ba...

Oh and I did notice a lot of the Yoof needed to create an atmosphere at PP was long gone out he gate before the end of the game. The yoof left the match early and congregated near the end of the Fastrack road with the intention of applauding the Maidstone fans on their way back to the station. ;)
