Unfortunately that doesn’t surprise me. He was very critical online of the decisions to sack Dowse and appoint Pennock.

https://www.trurocityfc.net/news/brays-loan-cut-short-2840835.html Interesting, I wonder if Aldershot were worried about him being over-played due to Truro’s fixture pile up? Also impressive that he scored for them at West Brom in the FA Cup. 3:30 in the highlights below https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport...

If we get them from Asda we can kit out the whole team for under £30

Re: News from around the National League South

I see that BBC Sport have posted the story of Torquay being deducted 10 points - but the news on Saturday was that they had been given a two week deadline to go into administration or not and these points have not been deducted on the NLS table on BBC Sport The BBC aren't usually very quick to upda...

Re: Braintree Town v Dartford Tue 12 Mar 2024

Maybe I'm to optimistic but feel we still stand a chance of getting out this especially if Ade can get better players through the door (which I know is going to be hard) but think if he does we can win games against Turo x 2 Hemel Hempstead Eastbourne H&W and maybe Worthing which would give us ...

Re: Slough Town v Dartford Tue 20 Feb 2024

I was hoping to come down for this one but last minute circumstances said otherwise.

It sounds on the comm like a lively game. Encouraging to hear we’re creating chances and have a goalscorer in Box. My optimistic (or stupid? you choose) self thinks we can plug the Slough goals and turn this around

Re: Dartford Players of The Past

Judus Chinn scores Bath’s 2nd goal today. I'm happy for him. Charlton have a responsibility for his development and he wasn't going to grow as a player by having a team heavily rely on his individual skill, especially with AD's tactics. It's disappointing that he didn't come back to play under TB b...

Two page spread on Martin Tyler in the sports section of the Guardian today (I thought it was an obituary when I spotted it !) Yes we do get a 2 line mention. “We’ve done 15 months at Walton & Hersham, six years at Kingstonian, four years at Hampton & Richmond, the best part of four years a...

Which is where it should of gone and well spotted. Why would our club announce that George is now a Chelmo player anyway? I know people who would turn up expecting him to be playing. The club info is pathetic sadly DFC announced on Thursday evening that he’d been recalled by Bromley https://twitter...

Re: New Manager.

We know from his own words that Kutrieb doesn’t care about local rivalries so that wouldn’t be a barrier but it’s a no from me. All the resources that allowed him to win the NLS couldn’t help keep Ebbsfleet out of the NL relegation zone which says it all imo

Re: News from around the National League South

I honestly would not be surprised to see Bloor here in a few weeks. Whether he's the right man for the job at this crucial time? I don't know. The timing works and I wouldn’t mind mind him until the end of the season, but I don’t know about long term. Edit: I only say this as I’ve read somewhere on...

Re: Dartford v Weymouth Sat 27 Jan 2024

We looked promising in the opening 25 minutes; I now realise that was all down to Barzey who I’ve voted for motm - nobody else deserved it. Weymouth were sloppy and I genuinely thought it was a game we couldn’t lose. They pick up towards the end of the first half, then - as others have said - all We...
