Re: CONSTRUCTIVE IDEAS

There is one thing Park Life that I would like clarity on. It is mentioned now and again that if special offers or free entry is made on ticket entry the loss of money can be offset with extra bar and food sales I would like to know what the deal is with the catering deal. Do we get a rent irrespec...

Will our commentator feels it was a real poor decision to award the pen but whether it will count for anything??
BBC Somerset also saying the same. They also feel that we were unlucky not to be given one ourselves

Re: Yeovil Town v Dartford Sat 13 Apr 2024

Slight exaggeration - it’s not as grim as Stanley Park or Luton. Does look a bit nicer in the sun, still not much libation opportunity though. Depends how much you like Wetherspoon really! Found a few fellow Darts out and about, be nice to think we might get 100 here today and hopefully make a game...

Re: Dartford v Eastbourne Borough Mon 1 Apr 2024

How much abuse will I get for this post I wonder. How anyone can have an ounce of positivity left in them after what I saw today I don't know. That could have been 5-0 we got lucky it was only 2. Absolutely woeful. Never looked like scoring and MOST of the players simply do not care and aren't good...

Re: Dartford v Eastbourne Borough Mon 1 Apr 2024

Well we huffed and puffed but never looked liked blowing the house in. If relegation means that we will get rid off these charlatans then bring it on. We might as well play the academy side for the remaining games to get them ready for next season. On entry to the ground today I was given a ‘player ...

Very sad news. Dave was instrumental in the rebuilding of the club in 1992 and will be sorely missed. A dfc man through and through. RIP Dave

Personally I’m struggling to see where the wins will be coming from and we will are relying on other teams losing for us to stay up. Love to be proven wrong though

Bobby Wilkinson or Danny Scopes for me. Ryan Maxwell at sittingbourne also wouldn’t be a bad shout. He’s doing good things there after leaving Braintree

Just after 7 mins in. The ref had his back to the incident and only blew up for a foul just inside our own half. There’s no way he could’ve identified Harvey

Re: Dartford v Weston-super-Mare Tue 31 Oct 2023

The gate of 658 was very alarming and the Board need to think about why. Looking around the ground I reckon 75% of the fans were like me old fogies , and that is not good for the future Neither was banning the Yoof from General entry last season!! They wasn’t banned. If they were serious about supp...

Re: Dartford v Yeovil 4th November - POSTPONED

I was hoping that a Saturday game would have swelled the coffers as Yeovil have been travelling with a good number of fans this season. I can’t see too many wanting to travel on a Tuesday night, especially a week before christmas

Unless it’s been changed from the start of season, I would advise buying tickets in advance. Hampton put out a post on their Facebook page back in august saying adult online price was £17. Adult gate price was £19

Didn’t go last night due to work commitments so not going to comment on the game. If the board go by when they sacked Flan & Coyle then Dowse might not have long to turn things around. They were sacked with just 7 points from their first 9 league games inc 1 win. Currently we have 9 points from ...

Re: New home shirt 23/24

Yep. Black should go all the way and the back should be halved too. Once again, a seemingly rushed design without much thought. Next year with be Brizzle Rovers style ‘quarters’ and after that probably all black! Eventually we’ll be back to white shirts with black trim and black shorts. Don’t affec...
